Summer Solstice & Yoga Day Celebration
Celebrate the Summer Solstice with Solstice & Sweat — a unique yoga and recovery experience in Tampa. Join us on June 21st for a guided 45-minute yoga flow, followed by 1 hour of sauna + cold plunge contrast therapy, and a 15-minute gratitude reset to close out the longest day of the year.
This is your chance to move, sweat, recover, and reset with the community.

We’re teaming up with the SHCF crew for a day that gives back, sweats hard, and finishes with recovery time! 💪🔥

7:30 AM – Street Clean-Up (volunteers get $15 off a Hot Box drop-in!)
8:30 AM – Sweet Pea Dedication 🐾
9:00 AM – Sweet Pea Memorial WOD
10:00 AM – Lower Back Pain Workshop
11:45 AM – Contrast Therapy at Hot Box
It’s a full morning of community, movement, and recovery — come help clean up, honor Sweet Pea, move your body, and then relax in the sauna + plunge.
