We understand that life happens and want you to get the most out of your Box experience. If you should ever need to pause your membership with us, please use the form below to send in your membership pause request. Please allow for 7 days PRIOR to your pause date to submit this so that we have time to process it. Please note that per our policy, you may pause your membership up to 2 times per year and up to 6 months at a time.
