WHERE WELLNESS MEETS WTF.

Outdoor shower area with a wooden sauna, multiple overhead showers on a wooden panel, potted plants, and rubber mats on tiled flooring.
A person sitting on a wooden bench inside a small, enclosed wooden-paneled room, wearing a black t-shirt, shorts, a gray beanie, and a watch, with tattoos visible on their arm and leg.

Hot. Cold. Repeat. Sounds simple, but there’s an art to not looking like a soggy burrito. Be here 10 minutes early to check in with your Class Lead.

KNOW BEFORE YOU GO:

WHAT TO BRING:

  • Water – hydration is not optional.

  • Towel – yes, you will be wet.

  • Hair tie – trust us, sauna hair is real.

  • Snack for after – you’ll earn it.

  • Change of clothes – If you want them, we have changing rooms available.

HOW TO PREPARE:

  • Hydrate the night before – think of it like pre-gaming, but for recovery.

  • Dress Code: bathing suit or athletic clothes you don’t mind getting sweaty and WET.

  • Shoes: No shoes = service. Bring slip-ons for after your session.

Every session is instructor-led, community-driven, and way more fun than doing it alone.
